Yoga For Resilience

This accessible, trauma informed all-levels yoga practice is centered around you having an experience that fosters a more compassionate relationship with yourself. With a focus on embodied strength and nervous system regulation, you will increase self-awareness, physiological balance, build your tolerance and resilience to anxiety and stress, with the additional benefits of improved coordination and balance - from your feet to your brain!

Come, be curious, and give yourself the permission to have YOUR YOGA experience, in your BODY, in your WAY. Laughter is welcomed and encouraged.

Classes will be held at the Healing Collective. Studio opens 10 minutes before class starts.

Tuesday’s 9:30-10:30am
Wednesday’s 6:00-7:00pm
Please bring a mat and water bottle (all other props provided as required)

It is recommended that you pre-register for a class in order to guarantee your spot. Space is limited to 10 students.
